Limited Warranty & Liability

SA Sport's warranty is exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other expressed or implied warranties.

SA Sport products have a limited one year warranty against product defects in material and workmanship. At its discretion, SA Sport retains the option to repair or replace any product shown to our satisfaction to be defective within one year of the original invoice.

Returned goods must receive pre-authorization from SA Sport before being returned for inspection. This warranty covers only products manufactured by SA Sport and does not extend to transportation, installation or replacement charges incurred by the customer; nor does it apply to products or components of another manufacturer used in conjunction with SA Sport products that may be considered standard in any particular served markets.

Modifications, abuse, misuse, or improper installation of any SA Sport product can and will negate the warranty and leave the user liable in the event of product failure or injury. SA Sport is not responsible for ultimately determining how the product will be used by the athlete or instructor, nor is SA Sport responsible for determining what skills an athlete will perform.

The assembly and adjustment of any piece of equipment should always be done by a trained instructor, or coach. Periodic inspection should be done a regular basis and any worn or damaged parts should be replaced before allowing an athlete to perform on the apparatus. Installation of floor sleeves and anchors should always be done by a professional installer or contractor that is familiar with the application and can guarantee that it will perform to standard when installed.

The application of any foreign substance to the surface of any SA Sport product will negate the warranty and possibly reduce the life expectancy of the product.

In the event SA Sport provides equipment not manufactured by SA Sport, but purchased for resale. SA Sport will honor the warranty prescribed by the vendor in question.
